Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Once your return is approved, your items must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by holidays, weather, or COVID-19-related delays.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at 3five2thelabel.com

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Submit your return request

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. customers).

Return Eligibility Checklist

Please ensure that:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The original packing slip is included

  • The return is submitted within 14 days of receiving your package

  • You only return defective or incorrect items if directed by our customer care team

  • You try on activewear while wearing underwear

  • All tags remain attached in their original position

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage (e.g. makeup stains, deodorant marks, rips, etc.)

  • Tags are missing, moved, or reattached

  • The product has odors (smoke, cologne, body odor)

  • Pet or human hair is found on the item

  • Items are returned dirty, stretched, or altered

  • Free gifts or promotional items were not included in the return

Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping (Domestic Orders)

We offer free return shipping for domestic orders. A prepaid label will be provided once your return request is approved.

International Returns & Shipping

International return policy

We accept international returns only for defective products. Returns for size, fit, or preference are not accepted. We do not offer international exchanges.

To request a return for a defective item, please email us at info@3five2thelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

International shipping & delivery estimates

We ship internationally via DHL Express for reliable, trackable service.

Estimated delivery times:
2–3 business days to neighboring countries
Up to 14 business days to distant locations

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Customs processing or delays by local carriers may extend delivery.

International shipping & handling

  • A 2% handling fee will be applied at checkout

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination

  • All international shipments include tracking

Customs, duties & taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

All styles at 3five2thelabel.com are valid for a set percentage off. Apply the discount code at checkout on all eligible merchandise online. The promo code Welcome10 can be used with promotional discounts.

Final Sale items that have been marked down from their original price are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Effective July 8, 2025, taxes are excluded from any discount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@3five2thelabel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued. If the wrong item was sent, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for worn or washed incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—processing time may vary
