How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We use USPS as our preferred carrier for all domestic shipments.
We use DHL as our preferred carrier for all international shipments.
Domestic Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
- Ground Advantage™: 2–5 business days
- Priority Mail®: 1–3 business days
- Priority Mail Express®: Next-day to 2-day delivery service by 6 PM
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, time of year, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Costs
How Is Domestic Shipping Calculated?
Shipping costs are based on USPS shipping zones, which determine rates by measuring the distance between your location and the destination.
What Are Your Shipping Fees?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Exact rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 72 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day of the following week.
- Please note that processing and shipping times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude holidays.
Note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
Express Orders (Domestic Only)
- Orders placed before 12 PM CST with Priority Mail Express are likely to ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the next business day.
- If an Express order is placed after the cut-off on Friday, it will ship the next business day of the following week.
International Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
- DHL Express Worldwide delivery times can range from 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 14 days for countries with longer distances.
Please note that delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders are delivered within 2–14 business days after shipment. Delays due to customs or local postal services may occur.

Shipping & Handling
- All international orders are shipped through DHL Express for reliable and trackable service.
- A 2% handling fee will be added to your total purchase amount to cover international processing and handling costs.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and vary by country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment online.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
- Changes: Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact the courier directly after shipment.
- Cancellations: If your order has not shipped, email us at info@3five2thelabel.com. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the cancellation.
