Return & Refund FAQ’s

Our Return & Refund Policy is available 14 days from the date of the purchase.

Ship your items back to us within 7 days of your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Holidays, weather conditions, and COVID-19-related implications may also cause delays in the processing and delivery of orders.

The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

 

How do I return an item?

Having to return something can be annoying – we totally get that. So, to make it as easy as possible for you, simply log into your account to start your return process.

 

If you would like to return an item, please make sure to:

In general:

  • return your item in the original packaging.
  • add packing slip that comes inside your package.
  • submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package.
  • only return the wrong/faulty item if our customer care team asks you to.
  • treat the activewear with care when trying it on.
  • wear underwear when trying them on.
  • not remove any labels or tags.

 

Reasons for NOT approving your return request may be due to:

  • Product issues- excessive wrinkling, velcro marks, holes, or damage to the item.
  • Any visible wear or damage such as make-up, stains, rips, tears, etc.
  • Dirty or worn items.
  • Missing tags or retagged in different locations or different techniques.
  • Animal/human hair.
  • Lingering odor, such as smoke, cologne or body order.
  • Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchase.
  • Deodorant marks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached (in the original location) and the items sent back in the same packaging.

 

Will I get charged for returns?

No, you will not get charged for returns. The return costs are covered by 3Five2 The Label, LLC.

International Returns

Currently, we are not able to accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted but shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose Expedited or Ground shipping for your packages, please understand that 3Five2 The Label is NOT responsible if your package is lost, delayed, or stolen.

*For all orders shipped outside of the United States, there may be taxes and/or duties due upon delivery. The customer is required to pay all such applicable taxes and duties that may be required upon delivery.

If your package is delayed in another location or country, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive it before contacting our customer service.

 

Domestic & International Customers

NOTE: Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection status for your refund. If the order is approved, credit will automatically be sent to your original payment method. If your order is rejected, due to the reasons listed above, no refund will be issued to you.

 

Final Sale Item(s) / Markdown

All styles at 3five2thelabel.com are valid for a set % Off. Apply discount code at checkout on all eligible merchandise online. Code: Welcome10 cannot be used with promotional discounts but can be used with a shipping discount. Final Sale items that have been marked down from their original price are non-returnable and non-refundable. Faulty / Missing Item(s)

Please email info@3five2thelabel.com with your order number and photo of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

 

Got the wrong order?

We apologize for the inconvenience, send us an email at info@3five2thelabel.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP.

NOTE: If the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrectly shipped product.

*Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refund

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3 business days for processing. It can take 5 business days for the return to appear in your account.

NOTE: We send all refunds back to your original payment method.

 

Late / Missing Refund

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
