How will my order be shipped?

USPS is our preferred carrier for Domestic shipping.

DHL is our preferred carrier for International shipping.

 

Domestic Shipping

Ground Advantage™ | 2-5 business days

Priority Mail® | 1-3 business days

Priority Mail Express® | next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM

 

International Shipping

DHL Express | 3-4 business days

NOTE: 2% handling fee calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all Duty and Customs Fees.

 

How is shipping cost calculated?

USPS and DHL shipping zones are used to measure the distance between two locations for calculating transit times and shipping costs.

 

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping rates are based on weight and destination of your package and will vary based upon your location. NOTE: Shipping calculated at checkout.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday are processed within 72 hours. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

 

When placing your order, keep the following in mind:

Processing and Shipping are based on business days which are Monday-Friday and exclude Holidays. View our Holiday Shipping Deadlines for more details.

Orders typically take 72 hours to process on weekdays before shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Processing times may vary during high-volume order periods.

 

Express Orders: Domestic Only

  1. Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12PM CST are most likely to ship out the same day.
  1. Priority Mail Express orders placed after 12PM CST cut-off will not ship out until the next business day.

If your Priority Mail Express order is placed after the cut-off on a Friday, the order will not ship out until the following business day of the following week.

 

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25th, 2025

Receiving your gift in time for the Christmas Holiday is important. We encourage everyone to shop early, as our shipping partners will be busy this year. The following dates are suggested dates to help receive your order in time for the Holidays. Our estimated USPS order deadline for Christmas is as follows:

Domestic Shipments:

Ground Advantage™: Order by Thursday, December 11th (Ship Date: Saturday, December 13th)

Priority Mail®: Order by Saturday, December 13th (Ship Date: Monday, December 15th)

Priority Mail Express®: Order by Thursday, December 18th (Ship Date: Friday, December 19th)

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently.

 

Can I change / cancel my order once it is placed?

We are unable to amend your order once it is placed. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
